The financing was secured by Rick Lechtman and Dan Lisser of Marcus & Millichap Capital Corporation (MMCC) based in the Manhattan office.
Built in 1999, Sand Lake Plaza, located at 1233 West Sand Lake Road, is tenanted by the Vitamin Shoppe, T-Mobile, American Furniture Outlet, and several others. The property is prominently featured on Sand Lake Road, surrounded by major retail, dining and shopping, including the Florida Mall, Tesla, Target, and Marshalls.
