JAG Management Company, the third-party management division of Jefferson Apartment Group,has been selected by RST Development to manage its newest acquisition—The Residences at Annapolis Junction, a 416-unit luxury community in Annapolis Junction, Maryland.
Ideally located adjacent to the Savage MARC Station for easy commuter access, The Residences at Annapolis Junction is near Fort Meade and the National Security Agency in Howard County. This property management assignment further grows JAG’s presence in the Mid-Atlantic and is JAG Management Company’s first fee-management deal with RST Development.

The apartment homes range from studioto 2 bedrooms with optional dens or lofts and feature 9-foot ceilings, stainless steel appliances, granite countertops, full-size washers and dryers, extra-large closets with custom organizers, and spa-inspired baths with separate tubs and showers.
