Delphine Knight Brown Joins Freeborn’s Intellectual Property and Litigation Practice Groups

Freeborn & Peters LLP is pleased to announce that Delphine Knight Brown has joined the Firm as a Partner in the Intellectual Property and Litigation Practice Groups in the New York office.

For decades, Delphine has litigated complex technology cases, including as lead counsel for several global pharmaceutical companies in Hatch-Waxman litigation and trials involving dozens of drug products, dosage forms and delivery systems in a variety of therapeutic areas. Delphine’s lead counsel expertise also includes patent litigation and misappropriation of trade secrets and unfair competition cases, involving medical device, computer hardware and software, design and business method patents, and counseling of established and emerging biotechnology companies regarding intellectual property and regulatory issues. Delphine has also served as lead trial counsel in complex trademark and copyright infringement cases for luxury brands and consumer goods manufacturers. She has represented both U.S. and foreign corporations in federal and state courts nationwide in trials and appeals and in arbitration proceedings. Delphine frequently publishes thought leadership and speaks on intellectual property issues.

For more than 30 years, Freeborn’s Intellectual Property Group has been a leader in patent and intellectual property litigation, litigating many cases raising patent infringement and validity issues, state law trade secret, Hatch-Waxman, Lanham Act, and Copyright Act claims.
