Leading Southeast multifamily developer breaks ground on newest luxury Solis-branded property
Terwilliger Pappas, one of the Southeast’s premier multifamily property developers, has started construction on Solis Dresden Village, a mixed-use project including 183 luxury residential units and walkable street retail. Under the company’s marquee Solis brand, the newest property will feature 176 residential flats and 7 townhomes in the Brookhavensubmarket. In addition to the residential offerings, Terwilliger Pappas is partnering with CONNOLLY, an Atlanta-based real estate developer and investor, to develop 30,000 square feet of sidewalk-facing retail.
Opening in mid-2024,Solis Dresden Village will offer its new residents spacious floorplans, quality craftsmanship, stylish finishes, quartz countertops, and stainless-steel appliances alongside the convenience of living in an urban, walkable neighborhood. The property will be located near an ample offering of retail, dining and entertainment option as well as a short walk from the Brookhaven MARTA station, making it easilyaccessible to most major job centers.

The new community will be developed as a joint venture alongside Mill Green Partners with Cadence Bank and Preferred Apartment Communities providing construction financing.
