Transwestern Real Estate Services announces Archway Properties is breaking ground on Royal 114, a Class A industrial park located along State Highway 114 and West Royal Lane in Irving, Texas, minutes from DFW International Airport. The project will feature four buildings totaling 429,027 square feet and offer extensive frontage along State Highway 114 and West Royal Lane. With excellent ingress and egress, the project also benefits from the area’s nearby amenities.
Transwestern’s Brett Owens and Clayton Johnson will provide leasing services for the project, which is scheduled to begin construction in Summer 2022 and deliver in the first quarter of 2023.

The four rear-load buildings will range in size from 46,261 square feet to 155,050 square feet and clear heights will range from 28 feet to 32 feet. All buildings will be LEED Certified and offer abundant parking. Building design was led by Pross Design Group and Peinado Construction has been selected as the general contractor.
