SAN FRANCISCO–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Andersen is proud to announce Brian Untermeyer as the new Office Managing Director in the Andersen Dallas office. Brian succeeds Ralph Pike who served as the Office Managing Partner in Dallas since 2016.
Brian has more than 30 years of tax experience advising inbound and outbound multinational public and private companies and high net worth families on tax issues across multiple industries. His core areas of expertise are structuring/restructuring, treasury, mergers and acquisitions, planning, coordination of local country issues, and addressing key strategic needs.

Prior to joining Andersen, Brian was an international tax partner at Deloitte Tax LLP and at Arthur Andersen LLP.
