Premier Sotheby’s International Realty announced today that Breedlove Farms Estates and Land — a brokerage that specializes in the sale of equestrian properties, country estates, hobby farms and land in North and South Carolina — has affiliated with its Charlotte office, located at 716 East Boulevard.

With this merger, the associates of Breedlove Farms Estates and Land, led by Julie Breedlove, will join Premier Sotheby’s International Realty. A seasoned sales and marketing professional with 35 years of equestrian experience, Julie has spent over a decade exclusively marketing and selling country, lake and mountain estates in the Carolinas. She achieved more than $78.1 million in total sales volume across 28 counties from 2020 to 2021 and the firm has been recognized as the regional leader in the equestrian and country estate market.
