Boutique brokerage with 140-plus agents, two offices joins Florida’s largest independent real estate firm
The Keyes Company, Florida’s largest independent real estate firm, significantly bolstered its presence in Broward and Palm Beach counties with the addition of boutique brokerage Skye Louis Realty. Led by Broker/Owner Jud Henry, Skye Louis has more than 140 agents and produces an annual volume exceeding $200 million.
Skye Louis now joins the Keyes Family of Companies and will maintain its well-known brand under the agreement with Keyes. It will also continue operating out of Skye Louis’ offices in Coconut Creek and Delray Beach.

A Chicago native, Jud Henry is an accomplished commercial real estate broker with nearly two decades of experience. He acquired Skye Louis in 2019. The previous owner, Skye Louis Founder Desare Kohn-Laski, remains an active and productive Realtor® with the brokerage.
Henry noted that he received substantial acquisition interest in Skye Louis over the past six months – especially from national franchises.
“These days, a profitable boutique firm like ours is a ripe target for acquisition,” he said. “From my first meeting with Mike Pappas, it was clear that Keyes was different from the other firms that reached out. The family owned, entrepreneurial nature of Keyes made it a perfect fit for the next chapter of Skye Louis.”
Keyes Senior Vice President Steven Reibel facilitated the Skye Louis acquisition. Earlier this year, Reibel and Keyes reached an agreement with Brickell Royalty that gave Keyes a coveted physical presence on Miami’s Brickell Key.
