Ms. Pangelinanbrings 14 years of property management experience to Thalhimer. Most recently, she was employed by BH Management, where she managed a 664-unit property in Henrico. The bulk of her career has been spent managing large assets with large teams. Ms. Pangelinan has also spent the last few years serving as a regional mentor trainer for Virginia.
