Brush Country Claims, an independent adjusting firm using innovative proprietary technology, is pleased to announce the recent promotion of Jennifer Dalton as its Chief Information Security Officer. In this role, Dalton will maintain and exceed Brush Country Claims’ top-level customer service through information security operations. The firm has also added six new information technology team members to position the company for its continued expansion to the insurtech industry.
As the newly appointed Chief Information Security Officer, Dalton will work closely with the firm’s vast roster of insurance carriers of all sizes and various lines of business, including: commercial, catastrophe, excess lines, mobile homes, farm and ranch and self-insured retention. She will be responsible for establishing and maintaining the enterprise vision, strategy, and program to ensure information assets and technologies are adequately protected. Dalton has been instrumental with the roll out of the firm’s innovative and proprietary technology that will benefit both insurance carriers, the firm’s independent adjusters and in turn, the policyholders. She brings a passion for providing not only an innovative insurtech solution, but a secure, comprehensive claims ecosystem to the Brush Information Technology and Development Operations teams. Dalton previously served as IT Manager for Brush Country Claims for the past four years.

The company also recently welcomed six new information technology team members: Andrew Krieg as Lead Software Developer, Fred Powell as Junior Systems Analyst, Christian Jacobs as Support Technician, Travis Krolick as Software Developer, Brian Jackson as Junior Software Developer and Joshua Beverly as Junior Software Developer.
