The 6,116-square-foot net-leased property sold for $4,440,565, according to Benjamin Yelm, regional manager of the firm’s offices in the Carolinas.
Donald Gilchrist, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Raleigh office, secured the buyer for the property, a Philadelphia-based private investor. Brad Narham, Marcus & Millichap’s regional manager and broker of record in Missouri, assisted in closing this transaction. “This transaction marks another net leased property for our client’s portfolio realignment to quality, long-term tenant net leases,” said Gilchrist.
