Shana Callahan Joins Harbor Stone Advisors as Senior Analyst

Shana Callahan joined Harbor Stone Advisors on July 13 as Senior Analyst. In her new role, Shana provides support to the President and Investment Sales team throughout the sale process. This includes in-depth analysis and underwriting for Broker Opinion of Values and Offering Memorandums, working with clients and prospective purchasers to fulfill information requests for on-market deals, managing due diligence materials, and client and internal reporting. Shana also creates original market and submarket content to share on the Harbor Stone Advisors blog and disseminate across various outlets.

Prior to joining Harbor Stone Advisors, Shana worked for Continental Realty Corporation as an analyst in their Multifamily Acquisitions department. She has also held roles with CoStar Group as a Research Associate and Commercial Real Estate Analyst.

Shana has a B.A. in History from University of Maryland, Baltimore County. In her spare time, she enjoys cooking, traveling, and staying active.
