Brendan Collins Promoted to Vice President of HREC

HREC Investment Advisors, North America’s leading hotel real estate advisory firm, is pleased to announce that Brendan Collins has been promoted from Senior Associate to Vice President, focusing on hospitality brokerage based in the company’s brokerage office in Boston, Massachusetts.

He brings nearly four years of successful industry transactional experience. At HREC, he has analyzed more than 480 unique lodging properties, valued at a total of more than $6.8 billion and resulting in the successful disposition of over $1 billion in hotel assets. Brendan is a graduate of the Isenberg School of Management at the University of Massachusetts Amherst with a double major in Economics and Hospitality Business with a concentration in Real Estate.

Brendan has worked on over 60 successful hotel investment sales transactions in 25 states ranging from $2 million to $86 million. Notable transactions include the Bourbon Orleans in New Orleans, LA, Marriott Pittsburgh Airport in Coraopolis, PA, Four Points Boston Logan Airport in Revere, MA, Crowne Plaza Orlando I-Drive in Orlando, FL, Hampton Inn T.F. Green Airport in Warwick, RI, SpringHill Suites in Willow Grove, PA and Days Inn in Baltimore, MD. In addition, Brendan currently has five deals under contract that are expected to close by the end of 2022.
