Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the hiring of Steve Greer as associate regional manager in the firm’s Baton Rouge Office.
Jody McKibben, first vice president and regional manager for the firm’s Alabama, Louisiana, Tennessee and Oklahoma offices, says that Greer will primarily be supporting operations in Louisiana and Oklahoma.
“Steve Greer brings a wealth of real estate experience and valuable business relationships across Louisiana to Marcus & Millichap,” says McKibben. “We are excited to have him as part of the leadership team and look forward to expanding our footprint in Baton Rouge, New Orleans and beyond.”
A Baton Rouge native and industry veteran, Greer brings expert knowledge of the area and the market to the firm. A sample of his previous roles includes lead agent with Berkshire Hathaway United Properties and senior advisor for SVN Commercial Real Estate.
In addition, Greer owned Highland Mortgage Company, Inc. from and was a partner in Title Plus. Altogether, Greer brings over 26 years of experience into his new role.
