Indigov Raises $25M in Series B

Indigov, a Washington, DC-based constituent service platform for public officials, raised $25 million in Series B financing.

Backers included Tusk Venture Partners, 8VC, Wicklow Capital, and Valor Equity Partners.

The company, which brought total funding raised to date to more than $38.3 million to date, intends to use the funds to deepen its product offering while expanding into new markets and use cases at all levels of government.

Launched in 2019 by Alex Kouts, CEO, Indigov is a multi-channel constituent experience management platform that allows public officials to organize, respond to and proactively engage those they serve. The platform gives officials reporting and analytics so they gain real time insight into the pulse of their constituency. Federal, state, and local governments also use it to manage casework and triage incoming communications that would otherwise overwhelm their inboxes. Indigov currently supports thousands of Congressional, state and local officials who collectively represent more than 150 million Americans.
