NEW YORK–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Matterkind, IPG’s activation intelligence company, announced today Sean Popen has joined the company as EVP, Outcome Navigator. Sean steps into the position after the recent promotion of Nancy Hall to CEO, Matterkind US.
Matterkind launched Outcome Navigator, the first-in-market, outcome-based marketing solutions suite without risk, in April of this year. Sean will lead all aspects of the Outcome Navigator business, and the suite’s Addressable Outcomes and Pay for Performance offerings, including sales, production and solutioning, and delivery.

Sean joins the Matterkind team with more than 25 years of omni-channel marketing experience. With previous roles that include Chief Marketing Officer for Off Lease Only, a $1B, PE-Backed company, Vice President of Digital Marketing and eCommerce for Tracfone Wireless, and Senior Director of eCommerce for Office Depot/Office Max, Sean brings expertise in Search Engine Marketing, Programmatic Display Advertising, and Affiliate Marketing to the role. He has also held leadership roles with Lenovo, CenturyLink, Landmark, AOL, Netflix, and Feld Entertainment, the original producers of Ringling Bros Circus and Disney on Ice.
