BHI Appoints Noam Katz as Head of High-Tech, First Vice President

BHI, a full-service commercial bank, announced that it has appointed Noam Katz as Head of High-Tech, First Vice President.  With a banking career that

spans 15 years, Katz will oversee a team of relationship managers, as well as develop and manage BHI’s customer portfolio in the technology industry.

Technology is a critical growth engine for the bank, which provides financial solutions to both US companies and Israeli-based companies expanding in the US.   We look forward to his contribution in expanding our sector portfolio,” said John Yoler, Executive Vice President and Division Executive.

“Noam is a highly experienced banker with a depth of knowledge that encompasses all facets of sales and client service, as well as strategic industry expertise.  He will be an invaluable addition to BHI as we continue our growth in the technology sector,” said Gal Defes, BHI Head of International Commercial & Industrial, High Tech and Investment Services.

Katz spent most of his career with Bank Leumi USA, which he joined in 2007 and where his most recent position was Sales Transformation Lead, standardizing an official sales process for the bank.  He also served in positions including Head of Client Experience and Salesforce Financial Services Cloud Product Owner, in which he directed a cross-functional team on an internal software rollout, as well as Chief of Staff – Commercial and Private Banking and Syndications Group Head.

Katz is a member of the Board of Directors of Digital Custody Trust Company, a US-regulated digital asset custodian.  He holds an MBA from Columbia Business School and BA degree from Rutgers University.
