Bradley Attorney Najla Long Named to 2021 North Carolina Pro Bono Honor Society

Bradley Arant Boult Cummings LLP is pleased to announce that Najla Long has been named to the 2021 class of the North Carolina Pro Bono Honor Society for providing 50 or more hours of pro bono legal services in 2021 to North Carolinians who are unable to pay.

“We are grateful for Najla’s dedication to serving North Carolinians in need and congratulate her on this tremendous accomplishment,” said Bradley Pro Bono Counsel Tiffany Graves.

The North Carolina Pro Bono Honor Society is administered by the North Carolina Pro Bono Resource Center, which launched in 2016 as a program of the North Carolina Equal Access to Justice Commission. The commission works to increase North Carolina attorney pro bono legal service as a way to meet the legal needs of people of low-income and modest means in the state. The 2021 class provided more than 52,400 hours of pro bono legal services.

Ms. Long is a senior attorney in Bradley’s Charlotte office and advises healthcare clients on antitrust and competition matters. She serves as the Pro Bono Chair of the North Carolina Bar Association’s Antitrust and Complex Business Disputes Section and is a Special Education Decision Maker for the Council for Children’s Rights. Ms. Long is also an active participant in the Charlotte Triage Program, which supports the work of the Legal Aid of North Carolina-Charlotte and the Charlotte Center for Legal Advocacy.
