CHICAGO–(BUSINESS WIRE)–Allscripts Healthcare Solutions, today announced that it has completed the sale of the net assets of the Allscripts Hospital and Large Physician Practices business segment to Constellation Software, through its wholly-owned subsidiary N. Harris Computer Corporation.
