Transwestern Promotes Kristine Maggio To Regional Operating Officer

Transwestern Real Estate Services’ has promoted Kristine Maggio to Regional Operating Officer for the Southeast region. In this role, Maggio partners with East Region President Bruce Ford on service line strategy and regional business planning, execution of new business pursuits and leading team culture and support. She also steers marketing, research and administrative teams to drive performance through strategic initiatives that enhance and amplify the Transwestern brand, and oversees regional philanthropic efforts and internal and external collaborations.

Maggio joined Transwestern in 2014 as Director of Marketing before rising to Executive Vice President of Administration and Marketing. Over the past eight years, she has elevated Transwestern’s market presence through innovative marketing and communications tactics. With cross-functional expertise in administration, cultural development and diversity, equity and inclusion (DEI), she has cultivated strong partnerships with leaders to implement employee-first workplace initiatives.She also serves as Transwestern’s local leader for its partnership with Make-A-Wish® Georgia.

As a member of Transwestern’s National DEI steering committee, Maggio was instrumental in shaping the company’s overall DEI framework and overarching goals. In addition, she works with stakeholders across the country to foster a collaborative, supportive workplace.

Maggio was recognized by GlobeSt.com as a top commercial real estate marketing influencer in 2022. She serves as marketing advisor to the Board of Mary Hall Freedom House, volunteer softball coach at Northside Youth Organization, and past Board member and coach for Rhyne Park, a girl’s fastpitch softball league. In addition, she is an active advisor to the Board of Parents Partnered for Preemies.
