Harbor Stone Advisors, a Mid-Atlantic leader in multifamily investment sales, has announced that Todd Galvin has joined the company as an analyst.
As Analyst for Harbor Stone Advisors, Todd provides support to the President and Investment Sales team through various functions. This includes deal underwriting and due diligence, as well as internal operations and database management. Todd is also responsible for leading the content creation of proprietary reports and analyses.
Todd has been working in the commercial real estate industry since 2016. Prior to joining Harbor Stone, Todd worked with the CoStar Group as a market analyst where he leveraged real estate and economic data to advise clients. More recently, Todd worked in acquisitions with a Baltimore-based private investment firm targeting single-family and multifamily properties.

Todd is a graduate of the University of Lynchburg with a Financial Economics degree and a Mathematics minor. In his spare time, Todd enjoys staying active, golf, and spending quality time with his cats Benji and Warren and his dog Ruby.
