Cash Real Estate, a highly respected boutique brokerage in Mooresville, has merged with the company — allowing it to strengthen its presence in the Lake Norman region and further its goal of being a market leader in luxury while continuing to deliver a luxury service at all price points.
With this merger, the associates of J. Cash Real Estate, led by owner Julie Cash, will affiliate with Premier Sotheby’s International Realty. The former J. Cash Real Estate office, located at 109 Chuckwood Road, Suite 109 in Mooresville is soon relocating to a new, more centrally located office on Mooresville’s Langtree peninsula and will now operate under the banner of Premier Sotheby’s International Realty. With this move, Julie Cash will become the managing broker for the Lake Norman region, and she will focus on continued expansion under her leadership.
