Sean Harding Joins Goodell DeVries’s Commercial Litigation Practice

Goodell DeVries is pleased to welcome our newest associate, Sean D. Harding. Sean focuses his practice on commercial litigation. He represents clients in contractual disputes, employment law issues, alternative dispute resolution, and business tort litigation. He also handles insurance defense and coverage matters and has represented insurers, policyholders, and insurance producers in court proceedings and administrative actions before the Maryland Insurance Administration.

Before entering private practice, Sean was a law clerk for the Honorable Melanie M. Shaw Geter of the Maryland Court of Special Appeals for the 2017-2018 term. He also served as Program Manager and Law & Policy Analyst at the Center for Health and Homeland Security.

Sean is a graduate of the University of Maryland Francis King Carey School of Law (J.D., cum laude, 2016), where he was a member of the National Trial Team, Articles Editor of the Journal of Business and Technology Law, and a student attorney at the school’s HIV/AIDS Legal Clinic. He remains involved with the National Trial Team, serving as Assistant Coach since 2016.
