Peabody Properties (www.peabodyproperties.com), a group of award-winning property management and real estate firms, is pleased to announce that Laurie McGrath of Weymouth has earned her Certified Property Manager (CPM) designation through the Boston Chapter of the Institute of Real Estate Management (IREM®).
McGrath, who joined Peabody Properties in 1995, is Vice-President of Affordable Housing; her CPM designation was announced during the recent IREM® 2021 Economic Forecast. It is considered the premier public sector property management certification world-wide, is based on a selected set of competencies and awarded upon completion of an accredited CPM program.
In addition to the CPM credential, McGrath holds multiple other industry designations, including National Affordable Housing Professional – Executive Level (NAHP-e); Specialist in Housing Credit Management (SHCM) and Fair Housing Certification (FHC).
