The company’s associates, led by veteran Ben Bowen, will affiliate with Premier Sotheby’s International Realty’s Lake Norman office as The Ben Bowen Group. The group also includes Lee Griffin; Christine Iler; Linda Marmureanu; and Laura Sautter.

Ben obtained extensive knowledge and expertise in the Lake Norman area working for a luxury home developer for 10 years before opening Ben Bowen Properties in 2010. Attaining numerous accolades throughout his career, he has earned the Certified Luxury Home Marketing Specialist designation from the Institute for Luxury Home Marketing, recognized as the mark of accomplishment in luxury markets around the world.
