Atlanta Restaurant Industry Leaders Named to Titan 100

Founders of Big Table Restaurants, Panacea Management Group, and Pita Mediterranean Street Food are Among This Year’s Honorees

Three leaders of Atlanta’s restaurant community—Sean Yeremyan, owner of Big Table Restaurants; Lee Schulman, founder of Panacea Management Group (PMG) Consulting; and Nour Rabai, founder and CEO of Pita Mediterranean Street Food—are among the 2022 Georgia Titan 100 honorees. The Titan 100 program recognizes Georgia’s Top 100 CEOs and C-level executives. These are the state’s most accomplished business leaders in their industries using criteria that includes demonstrating exceptional leadership, vision, and passion.

Restaurateur Sean Yeremyan is the owner of Big Table Restaurants, which is comprised of two unique dining concepts: HOBNOB Neighborhood Tavern (with locations in Brookhaven, Dunwoody, Halcyon, and Atlantic Station) and Cattle Shed Wine & Steak Bar in Alpharetta along with Big Table Events & Catering.

Lee Schulman is a 30-year restaurant operations veteran, owner, and operator of Old Vinings Inn and founder of Panacea Management Group (PMG) Consulting, which offers consultations in menu research and development, service auditing and training, and restaurant operations procedures and systems.

Nour Rabai is the founder of Pita Mediterranean Street Food, a Georgia-based fast-casual chain with locations throughout the Southeast that is growing into the Midwest.

They also will be honored at an awards ceremony on May 12, 2022, at Zoo Atlanta and will have the opportunity to interact and connect multiple times throughout the year with their fellow Titans.
