The listing team also secured and represented the buyer, another private investor. Yelm, Marcus & Millichap’s broker of record in North Carolina, assisted in closing this transaction.
“We were fortunate to assist a first-time buyer in purchasing this hotel. The property was on the market for less than a week before our buyer made an offer that was very close to the asking price,” noted Davis.
Built in 1999 and renovated in 2016, the two-story subject property is located at 1515 E. 11th St. in Siler City, NC. Its amenities include a lobby lounge area, a dining room and an outdoor swimming pool. Situated less than a mile off US-421, Days Inn & Suites by Wyndham – Siler City is centrally located between Raleigh, Durham and Greensboro, which are all within an hour drive.
