Foley Hoag LLP has announced that Nicole Archibald has joined the firm as its Director of Legal Recruiting. Archibald will oversee all aspects of attorney recruitment for Foley Hoag, including summer associate, entry-level and lateral hiring.

Archibald and her team will work closely alongside the firm’s Professional Development and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion departments to attract, integrate, develop, retain and promote a diverse group of lawyers who will be successful in meeting and exceeding the needs of the firm’s clients.

Prior to joining Foley Hoag, Archibald served as Director of Legal Talent Acquisition at Troutman Pepper, overseeing all aspects of lawyer recruiting. She is a former litigation attorney, having received her J.D. from Georgetown University Law Center and her B.A. from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
