Jan Burman, President of Engel Burman, today announced that William Stelma has been appointed as the company’s new Chief Financial Officer for its Development division. Andrew Levy, the company’s long serving CFO, is assuming the position of Financial Advisor Emeritus.
Mr. Burman stated, “Andrew has been an integral part of Engel Burman’s growth over the last seven years. He has been essential in not only managing our daily financial operations but securing financings for the acquisitions and construction of many of our company’s residential and commercial real estate projects during a time of tremendous growth.”
In the months to come, Mr. Levy will be transitioning his responsibilities to Mr. Stelma.
Mr. Burman said, “Having previously worked with Gemini Real Estate Advisors, Monday Properties, and Tishman Speyer Properties, William brings a wealth of knowledge to our team in the areas of cash management, financial and tax reporting as well as developing fund investment structures and investment strategies. His arrival will ensure that we will continue to grow from strength to strength.”

Mr. Stelma is a graduate of Pennsylvania State University where he holds a Bachelor of Science in Business and Minor in Financial Services. He also holds a Master of Business Administration with a Concentration in Finance.
