Mission Autism Clinics, LLC, an autism therapy program based in McAdoo, Pennsylvania, has officially opened their doors to two additional locations in the Maryland area and now operates three facilities in Frederick and Montgomery County. The latest leases consisted of 9,350 square feet at 5310 Spectrum Drive in Frederick, with Ruppert Properties, and nearly 8,000 square feet at 9250 Gaither Road in Gaithersburg, with Minkoff Development. Kenneth Fellows and Robert Pugh, both Partners, Advisory Services with Edge represented the tenant in both transactions, as well as a 9,000 square foot lease at 11921 Bournefield Way in Silver Springlast year. Edge has now brokered more than 26,000 square feet of space for Mission Autism Clinics.
Mission Autism Clinics is a privately-owned business which provides tailored therapy for children diagnosed with autism spectrum disorder (ASD), allowing children to achieve the next level of independence. The clinic intends to expand further in Maryland to meet continuing demand for its services.
5310 Spectrum Drive is a single-story building containing approximately 158,319 square feet of office/flex space and is located adjacent to Interstate 270. 920 Gaither Road is a single-story, 160,133 square foot building that is also positioned within close proximity to Interstate 270
