Coptic Orphans, an international Christian development organization currently headquartered in Fairfax, VA, has consolidated its office footprint, relocated their headquarters and extended its office lease within Williams Crossing. Represented by Edward Saa and Timothy Jacobs, Coptic Orphans was able to consolidate their multiple pockets of space in the building into one contiguous and efficient space.
Nermien Riad, Executive Director at Coptic Orphans told Saa and Jacobs “With everyone returning back to the office from Covid, we really wanted to consolidate our space. We saw this as an opportunity to build out a new space that is aligned with our mission while supporting our employees that are eager to return to the office”.
Edward Saa explains “The timing couldn’t have been better for Coptic Orphans. We knew the new landlord wanted to kick off leasing activity and was motivated to work with us several years prior to Coptic Orphans’ lease expiration. We took advantage of this opportunity and because of this Coptic Orphans was able to have a new space designed and built to accommodate their post covid work model, create a single efficient footprint and secure phenomenal concessions at a lower monthly rent.”
