CRC earns highest ranking in the real estate and property management category among mid-size employers and places in #11 overall position
Continental Realty Corporation (CRC), a Baltimore-based real estate investment and management company, has been named a “Top Workplace” by The Baltimore Sun Media Group for the ninth consecutive year and was the highest-ranking real estate and property management firm in the mid-size employers category. CRC ranked in the 11th position among all local companies with 150 to 399 team members.
To determine the winning companies, The Baltimore Sun collaborated with Energage, a Philadelphia-based employee research and consulting firm. Beginning this summer, the two groups solicited company nominations and then administered a 24-question employee survey that measured workplace issues such as alignment, coaching, connection, engagement, leadership, performance, benefits and training. Energage analyzed the data to identify the 147winners in the small, midsize and large categories.

Over the past year CRC has added 10 new properties to its national portfolio and entered three new markets, including Lubbock, Texas; Nashville, Tennessee; and Troy, Michigan.
