Neuman Commercial Group, LLC today announced the sale of East Market Plaza, an 18,650 square foot retail center in York, southern Pennsylvania. Built in 1989 and family owned and managed, the property located at 3915 East Market Street is fully leased to fourteen triple‐net national and regional tenants – several in place for over 15 years ‐‐ including Subway, Domino’s Pizza, eateries, salons and State Farm. The sale price was $2,500,000. Gil Neuman of Neuman Commercial Group exclusively represented the seller in their third sale together and procured the private Pennsylvania buyer.
