Edge Brokers Two Leases Totaling Nearly 11,000 SF of Space to Elevate 909 N. Washington Street to 100% Occupancy

Washington Street to elevate the seven-story, 100,000 square foot office building in Alexandria, Virginia to 100% occupancy. The building, also known as The Charles C. Blanton Building, is owned by 5 Star Financial, LLC. Oxygen Forensics, Inc. signed a lease for 7,839 square feet of space and 473 Group leased 3,019 square feet of space with Scott D. Rabin, Partner at Edge and Todd McManus, Vice President, Advisory Services at Edge representing the landlord in both transactions. Cole Spaulding, Director in the McLean office of Newmark represented Oxygen Forensics.

Oxygen Forensics is a digital forensics software provider that supports law enforcement, federal agencies and corporate clients with analytical tools for criminal and corporate investigations. 473 Group is a management and technology consulting firm that offers solutions in the areas of cyber, personnel and facility security, engineering services and logistics.

Delivered in 1989, 909 N. Washington Street features a brick and glass exterior with amenities including an on-site fitness center, tenant lounge and 120 covered parking spaces.
