Rogers was named President-Elect of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) – Arizona Chapter for the 2021 year. In 2022, he will step into the role of President.
ACG Arizona is comprised of a network of business professionals and Arizona community leaders involved in strategic corporate growth, development, and mergers and acquisitions. These leaders work together to help other professionals and businesses create deals and stimulate growth. ACG was founded in 1954 and currently has more than 14,000 members across 56 chapters worldwide.

Roger’s practice focuses on corporate, securities, mergers and acquisitions, real estate finance, and a wide variety of other business transactions. He regularly represents investors and companies as they conduct securities offerings and other finance and capital transactions as well as advising them through ordinary course legal issues. Alongside his leadership roles with ACG, he is also the current Chair of the State Bar of Arizona’s Business Law Section and Chair-Elect of its Securities Regulation Section.
