Gimme S’more
- 1.5 oz. of Olde Raleigh Bourbon
- 5 dashes chocolate bitters
- .5 oz. vanilla spice simple syrup (one part water, one part sugar, 2 dashes of vanilla, allspice)
- Chocolate and graham cracker
- Toasted marshmallow
- Prep: Combine bourbon, chocolate bitters and vanilla spice simple in a shake filled with ice, shake until chilled. Strain and pour over a large ice cube in rocks glass.
- Garnish: Dip the rim of the rock glass in chocolate and dust with graham cracker. Toast the marshmallow and garnish atop the glass with a cocktail pick.

Johnny Apple Mule
- 1.5 oz. of Olde Raleigh Bourbon
- 2 oz. apple cider
- .25 oz. lime juice
- Ginger beer
- Cinnamon stick
- Prep: Combine bourbon, cider and lime juice into a shaker with ice and shake. Pour into a copper mug and add additional ice. Top with ginger beer.
- Garnish: Apple slice and cinnamon stick.
