Mayer Brown announced today that is has elevated 65 lawyers. The group comprises 39 lawyers who have been promoted to partner, and 26 who have attained the position of counsel.
The lawyers represent 11 practice areas and 16 offices. Consistent with the firm’s strategic focus, the practices that saw the largest number of promotions include Banking & Finance, Corporate & Securities and Litigation & Dispute Resolution. Geographically, the Chicago, London and New York offices saw the largest number of promoted lawyers. The promotions are effective January 1, 2022.
