Professional services group now manages nearly five million square feet of space in region
The Edge Property Services Group has been selected by Brightleaf Properties to provide full-service property management and engineering services to a seven-building portfolio comprised of nearly 200,000 square feet of commercial office and industrial/warehouse space situated throughout Maryland, Washington, D.C. and Northern Virginia. Christina Martin, Director of Property Management will oversee the property management team and Shaun Comer, Director of Engineering will direct the facilities and engineering team for both requirements.

The Virginia portfolio consists of 1280-1340 Profit Court and 15000 Farm Creek Drive in Woodbridge. The Maryland buildings include 8181 Professional Place in Hyattsville; 69 Mayo Road in Edgewater and 6911 and 6915 Laurel-Bowie Road in Bowie. 5608 Broad Branch Road is located in Washington, D.C.
