Colliers Appoints Monte Greenberg as Director of the Debt and Equity Finance

Colliers announced today that Monte I. Greenberg has joined the firm as Director of the Debt and Equity Finance practice based in South Florida. Greenberg will join Shannon Rex, Executive Managing Director, Debt and Equity for the South Florida region and the mortgage banking operation that focuses on the placement of debt and equity in the capital markets and private investor arena.

Greenberg has vast experience in real estate, encompassing a twenty-five year period, including real estate banking, commercial brokerage, construction, and development.  Most recently, Greenberg held the position of director with a local South Florida family office, being actively involved in all aspects of the development and management of multi-family, retail and residential projects, including debt financing and structuring of equity.

Greenberg earned his Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Michigan and earned his Master of Science degree in Real Estate Development from Columbia University. He is an active member of the Urban Land Institute (ULI) and the International Council of Shopping Centers (ICSC).
