3D Leadership Group, a Boston-based leadership development firm, announced today that their Prism Women’s Leadership Program is open for enrollment and will commence in January of 2022 and continue for 15 weeks. The deadline for enrollment is December 3, 2021, with an anticipated cohort of 16-20 early to mid-career women from diverse organizations.
The Prism Program for Women is unique to 3D Leadership Group and is focused on women earlier in their professional life who often miss out on formal developmental opportunities. The research from McKinsey speaks to the dilemma of the “leaky pipeline” for mid-career women and the Prism program aims to address the problem of high potential women who opt out, either by leaving the workforce or resigning psychologically.
The 15-week blended learning program includes 6 virtual workshops, individual coaching, executive female guests, coaching circles, and concludes with an in-person retreat for 2.5 days in the Boston area. Angie O’Donnell, the co-founder of 3D Leadership Group, will lead the program together with coaches who have extensive experience in women’s development. O’Donnell is a Master Certified Coach and holds an MBA from Babson College. She’s widely known for her coaching partnerships with executive women, and her contributions to women’s affinity groups.
