“I have a strong appreciation for the arts and pride myself in providing elevated service to my clients that play upon my strengths and education in the arts,” said Tania. “Partnering with Compass will allow us to spend more time with our clients and go above and beyond our current successes.”

Throughout their partnership, Allison and Tania have been no strangers to headlines – both generate media coverage regularly around their record-breaking deals, market insights, and more. For example, they recently sold 895 Park Ave, PHA, an expansive 14-room apartment cooperative once owned by Leonard Bernstein, and set the sales records for the highest price per square feet for both 2 and 3 bedroom units at the landmarked Manhattan House at 200 E 66th Street.

Sarah Minton, who currently works with the power duo at Warburg/Coldwell Banker is excited to be also joining Compass.  The team will look to take advantage of a rejuvenated market in the city. According to Compass Q3 2021 Manhattan Residential Market Report, sales prices have started to recover from the pandemic-induced downward trend. Allison, Tania, and Sarah see the recovery continuing as many New Yorkers upgrade to larger units, and people from the West Coast and tri-state area look for pieds-à-terre. In addition, the team has recently received a jump in inquiries from international buyers in lieu of covid-era travel restrictions coming to an end next month.

The team will work out of the 851 Madison Ave office.
