Continental Realty Corporation (CRC), a Baltimore-based real estate investment and management company, has announced the promotion of Antonio Hughes to Assistant Service Manager at Kenilworth at Perring Park Apartments. Hughes, who has worked with CRC since 2014, was formerly a Junior Technician at the multifamily community located at 8951 Waltham Woods Road in Baltimore County.
Hughes’s new responsibilities include addressing pro-active maintenance issues around the community, delivering exceptional customer service and working closely with CRC team members to problem-solve and complete maintenance tasks. He will also manage the make-ready board to prepare apartments for occupancy by new residents, schedule contractors and perform move-out inspections.
Kenilworth at Perring Park Apartments is located near East Joppa Road in Parkville, close to Towson Town Center and numerous retail shopping and restaurant amenities. Nearby parks and open spaces include the Loch Raven Reservoir.
The multifamily community offers one-, two- and three-bedroom homes ranging from 689 to 1,777 square feet of space. Each apartment home includes a stainless-steel appliance package, large kitchen with breakfast bar, updated cabinetry and a patio/balcony. Select apartments include bonus rooms off the dining room that can be used for a reading nook, home office, or play room.
