This year, the average U.S. household is expected to spend $102.74 on Halloween expenses, from decorations to treats to costumes. Collectively, that’s about $10.1 billion. If you’re counting on getting more free treats in return for your investment, you’ll definitely want to be in a place with the most activities. Safety is also especially important in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemic, as Halloween gatherings will be a lot less restricted this year compared to last year.
