With over 25-year of diverse experience as both a lawyer and executive, over the years Tom has been involved with many innovative healthcare companies that have improved patient outcomes and increased access to healthcare. He has experience on both the payor and provider side of the industry, having served as general counsel of one of the nation’s largest Medicare Advantage plans and as also as an executive overseeing large multi-state post-acute care, pharmacy, homecare and hospice companies. Tom has over 10 patents on pharmacy-related technologies to his credit and his latest venture, TelyRx, is a technology-enabled pharmacy that facilitates online telehealth encounters for non-controlled, low risk medications.
Tom holds a J.D. from the University of Pennsylvania Law School and a B.S. from Cornell University. He is passionate about transforming the healthcare industry with innovative solutions and increasing access to quality care for underserved populations.
