The property totals 44 acres and consists of 76 RV pads and four cabins, with several amenities including a swimming pool, event center, laundry facility and fitness center. CXRE’s Cody Pruitt, Senior Investment Sales Manager of the Houston office, and Robin Francis-Baker, Investment Sales Manager of the Dallas office, represented the seller. Sharon Deats, Vice President of Real Estate Resources, with Team Housing Solutions represented the buyer.
The buyer is partnered with a government organization and the property will immediately provide a central base of operations for law enforcement’s temporary housing near the United States-Mexico border. Due to the unique time-sensitive needs of the buyer, the property closed within three days of being under contract. Pruitt noted his team objectives for this transaction stating that “Our goal as a team is always to help investors capitalize on today’s market.
