Marcus & Millichap Arranges The Sale Of A 12,475 SF Plot Of Land

Marcus & Millichap (NYSE: MMI), a leading commercial real estate brokerage firm specializing in investment sales, financing, research and advisory services, announced today the sale of Gettysburg Pike in Mechanicsburg, PA, a 12,475-square-foot plot of land located on the 2.97-acre Route 114 Development Site, according to Sean Beuche, regional manager of the firm’s Philadelphia office. The asset sold for $1,775,000.

Craig Dunkle, an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s Philadelphia office, had the exclusive listing to market the property on behalf of the seller, a developer. The buyer, a limited liability company, was secured and represented by Karly Iacono ,an investment specialist in Marcus & Millichap’s New Jersey office.

“This development parcel was one of the last few highway exit, signalized hard corners in Cumberland County. The access and site visibility are absolutely superb. So, when the national C-stores started to show interest, I wasn’t surprised,” says Dunkle. “However, to have 7-Eleven commit to the site – being that they haven’t built a new location in Central, PA in decades- I just knew we had a fantastic piece of dirt to develop.”
