Freeborn & Peters LLP announces that partner Erin McAdams Franzblau has been appointed as the firm’s Associate General Counsel for Employment Matters, effective September 16, 2021. She serves alongside Freeborn’s long-standing General Counsel, Steven Hartmann.

“We are thrilled to appoint Erin as the firm’s Associate General Counsel for Employment Matters,” said Steven M. We thank her for her hard work on Labor and Employment cases, and know she’ll continue to have a meaningful impact on the firm in her new role.”

In her counseling practice, Franzblau assists organizations with a wide range of day-to-day employment issues, including personnel policies and procedures, executive employment and independent contractor arrangements, accommodations, restrictive covenants, employee misclassification risks, and internal investigations.
