18,000 square foot single-story building located in Woodbridge, Virginia
The Edge Property Services Group has been selected to provide full-service property management, engineering and accounting services to Potomac Plaza, a nearly 18,000 square foot one-story medical center located at 14010 Smoketown Road in Woodbridge, Virginia. The asset is located in Prince William County and owned by Woodbridge Medical, LLC. Christina Martin, Director of Property Management will oversee the property management team and Shaun Comer, Director of Engineering will direct the facilities and engineering team for both requirements.
The Edge Property Services Group also recently won a contract to provide full-service property management and engineering services for Prince William Plaza, a nearly 50,000 square foot retail shopping center located at 14482 Jefferson Davis Highway in Woodbridge.
Constructed in 1979 and renovated in 2016, Potomac Plaza is leased by a number of medical users including Gastro Health, Potomac Podiatry, Mary Washington Healthcare, Lab Corp and Fairfax Colon & Rectal Surgery.
The asset has more than 100 parking spaces on a surface lot and is located approximately one mile from Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center and is directly adjacent to Interstate 95.
