Project Marks RangeWater’s 100th Deal; Apartments to Tap into Nashville’s Vibrant Music and Arts Scene
RangeWater Real Estate announces its second development project in Nashville, a 353-unit apartment community in the newly reimagined River North Development District, a former industrial area undergoing revitalization under the City of Nashville’s new master plan. The deal also marks a major milestone for RangeWater: Its 100th deal.
The planned project consists of studio, one- and two-bedroom apartments within a five-minute drive from Downtown Nashville and Germantown, and steps from Oracle’s newest campus. The community will showcase RangeWater’s unparalleled features and amenities with a signature modern design.

This project will be RangeWater’s second development in Nashville, with the first beingThe Gossett on Church in the dynamic Gulch neighborhood. RangeWater currently managesfour properties in Tennessee totaling nearly 1,000 units. Their property management arm has been awarded an additional 800 units with third-party clients delivering over the next two years.
