CSA partnered with Baker Tilly, an advisory, tax and assurance firm specializing in evaluating contractual business systems of federal contractors. Baker Tilly evaluated CSA’s budgeting and planning system, process and internal controls, and policy, procedure and documentation development. The review heavily leaned on CSA’s proprietary Pricing Desk Guide, a comprehensive, full-lifecycle guide. This guide holds the company’s standard proposal pricing practices.
